MEET OUR TEAM
Mark began his IT career at the Cleveland Public Library during the time when the library’s card catalog was first being converted into a computerized database. In 2004 Mark formed Neothink, LLC in order to provide businesses of all sizes with superior IT support and consulting services.
Steve started out in help desk support for the University then moved up to Boston where he co-managed network operations and support for AdvizeX Technologies. After getting a taste of consulting, he then moved to Ohio where he successful ran a small business consulting company for 12 years.
Support Services Manager
During his 14 year career, he has established and managed both internal and client facing Service Desks supporting different business sectors, including Accounting, Legal, and Manufacturing. Throughout his career, Tim has also developed wide ranging set of skills that include virtualization, servers, networking, and VOIP solutions, with a dash of programming for good measure.
Debbi graduated from Lake Catholic and Lakeland Community College. Prior to joining Neothink in 2012, she worked as the Office Manager for a local IT consulting company. Debbi’s primary responsibilities are purchasing and keeping everything organized and running smoothly. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her poodle Lonny, reading, and traveling.
Joseph R. Kosch (Joe)
Director of Cloud Services
As Director of Cloud Services, Joe oversees the operations of the Cloud Services division at Neothink focusing primarily on Office 365 e-mail and data migrations. Joe began his information technology career working as a Technical Support Specialist for the University of Dayton School of Law.
Senior Technical Support Specialist
Trevor comes to Neothink with a rich history of support from a wide variety of small business environments – from distribution centers to law firms. Trevor graduated with a degree in Cisco Networking from the University of Akron, and continued to add to his skill set after college by working extensively in the Windows Server environment. In his free time, Trevor enjoys sitting down with a good book, snowboarding, and listening to vinyl.
Technical Support Specialist
Jason, Technical Support Specialist, is a tech-hobbyist turned tech-professional. He graduated from The University of Akron earning is B.A. in Marketing Management in 2011. Prior to joining the team at Neothink, he worked retail for six years before diving face-first into the world of IT. He enjoys reading, cooking with his outdoor smoker, and hitting a golf ball with a golf club.
Technical Support Specialist
Jason graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems where he began his career in university’s internal IT department. With 12 years of field experience, Jason is ready for new IT challenges with Neothink. In his free time, Jason enjoys singing karaoke, drawing, cooking and smoking food.
Senior Technical Support Engineer
Dave brings more than 11 years of experience to the Neothink team as he fills the role of Senior Technical Support Engineer. He has earned his Associates of Applied Science in Computer Networking from ITT Tech and has a number of technical certifications. When not practicing his trade in technology, he spends his time shooting pool, playing video games, and cheering on the Buckeyes, Browns and Indians.
Junior Technical Support Specialist
While attending Lakeland Community College Blaise focuses on his learning whether it is at home the workspace or in the classroom. Blaise participated in a two-year technical program where he was able to spark his interest in IT and flex his skills in various competitions, even placing top five in the nation for web design twice. When he isn’t hitting the books or working, Blaise likes to play tennis and soccer, as well as travel and experience new things.
